Kris did a great job! She went above and beyond to facilitate a fast sale at the price I needed. She was prepared with everything needed to start showing the house right away, and her advice was invaluable when multiple offers came in. We had a couple hiccups on the buyer side and she was quick to resolve every issue that came up in order to close on time.
